 All our animals are naturally raised, this means:
     - no antibiotics in the feed
     - no artificial hormones
     - no animal by products in the feed

 
 
This meat is premium quality natural beef from young animals, processed at Drake Meat Processors, a C.F.I.A. inspected facility. The meat was aged naturally (hung for 14 days in a climate controlled cooler) before cut and wrap.
