Who
we are:
Hummock Springs Ranch is a third generation family
farm located near Watrous,
Saskatchewan at the east end of Little Manitou Lake. Cattle
Production is the essence of our operation as we calve out
450 cows annually. With our three sons expressing a desire
to remain involved in the family farm, we are in this business
to stay! |

Objectives:
We are seeking to diversify our ranch and recognize the
need for a premium quality beef product to be available
direct to the consumer at a fair price. |

About
our animals:
We raise our beef from birth on our ranch. They are all
young animals, finished slowly on a ration high in forage,
with high moisture barley and molasses without the use of
artificial hormones. |

Quality
concerns?
All of our animals are processed at Drake Meat Processors,
a C.F.I.A. inspected facility. Great care is taken to provide
a top quality product from the cutting of the premium tender
cuts and high quality lean ground beef to the package it's
delivered in. |

Packages
available:
We offer a variety of ways to buy this premium beef- From
the "Variety
Pack" designed
for small households with limited freezer space, to boxes
of individual cuts. We are also offering "Country Christmas
Beef Packs" consisting of three price ranges to give
employers flexibility in providing their employees with
a unique and practical gift that all can enjoy. |
